Organisation
This digital transform organization describes itself as a bunch of communicative and entrepreneurial minds with a passion for everything that’s digital. They love to help their clients change, grow, and master the capabilities of the future. Everything they do is aimed at a result in the broadest sense of the word. They like it when clients gain more revenue with their help, but get truly excited when they see organizations transform and people change the way they work. That’s why cooperation is so important to this company. It’s the only way to transfer the necessary capabilities and secure speed at the same time. This is a non-hierarchical organization with approximately 145 employees and is focused on digital acceleration.
You are going to do this
Working on exciting and challenging projects with the dynamics and structure of a small organization. You’ll get the freedom and responsibility to make your own decisions. But you don’t have to do this alone. There’s a team of specialists you can rely on. Together you can make a difference. Fun is part of the job, you love what the organization does, their clients you work for, and each other.
As a Data Scientist you work in teams with different disciplines for clients, including people from the client’s side. To create solutions for the client you will write code that is far from robust – a kind of notepad code. Then the data engineer adjusts this code resulting in code that can handle the data flows to get solid results. During your work you will communicate internally and externally with different disciplines, like marketing / email specialists and employees of the client. You will explain to the users of the client how it works and arrange for implementation. You should enjoy broadening your job responsibilities (shouldn’t hide behind your laptop).
You will work here
In a team of 7, comprises data engineers, data analysts and data scientists. Meetings with different disciplines and stakeholders internally and externally. Internal with members of other teams when working on cross-functional projects. External with stakeholders that are often one step below C-level or with stakeholders that actually do the work (e.g. marketeers) and with IT to implement solutions.
